How to Connect to “TB-S” Staff Wi-Fi at Tower Bridge
Use the following instructions to connect your device to the new secure TB-S staff wi-fi network. You will need the username and password provided to you by the IT Team.
Android (Phones/Tablets)
- At the home page, navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to Network & Internet
- Tap on Network & internet
- Select + Add Network
- Wait for the list of available wi-fi signals to appear and select TB-S
- Choose PEAP from the EAP method drop-down menu
- Choose MSCHAPV2 from the Phase 2 authentication drop-down menu
- For the CA Certificate, choose the option Trust on first use (depending on device)
- If you have a drop-down for Online certificate status, select Do not verify
- In the Domain field, add unifi.towerbridge.online if applicable
- In the Identity field enter the username (email address in most cases) as shown in the wi-fi login details email
- Enter the password for the corresponding username in the password field.
- Optionally, check the Show Password check-box to verify that the password was entered correctly.
- Press Save in order to save the changes.
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
From the Settings app, go to the Wi-Fi section and click on the network name TB-S
A pop-up will open automatically (the look of the screen may vary depending on the phone vendor)
In the Username field enter your email address as shown in the wi-fi login details email
In the Password field enter your password as shown in the wi-fi login details email
On the next screen (if shown), you can see the details of the certificate. Click Trust on the top right corner to confirm
You will now be connected automatically when in range.
macOS (MacBook / iMac)
Click the Wi-Fi icon in the top menu bar.
Select “TB-S”.
Enter your username and password.
If asked about verifying a certificate, click Continue and provide your Mac’s password to save settings.
The Mac will reconnect automatically in the future.
Windows 10 / 11 (Laptop / Tablet)

Click the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar and choose “TB-S”.

When prompted for credentials:
If a certificate warning appears, click Connect or Accept.
The connection will be remembered for future use.
